Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Veya account and the data associated with it.

Delete it inside the app (fastest)

Open the Veya app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. It cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email getveya@gmail.com from the email address on your Veya account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all of your personal data, including:

Your account and email address
Your profile (name, goals, body stats and preferences)
Workouts, exercise history and custom splits
Nutrition logs, meals and water intake
Weight and body measurements
Runs and route/location history
Photos you added (meal scans, form-check clips and progress photos)
In-app activity tied to your account

What we keep

We do not keep your personal data after deletion. Limited records may be retained only where required by law (for example, tax or transaction records for any purchases), and are purged once no longer required. We never sell your data.
